One woman is accused of stealing 227 kilograms of gold from the New York jewelry studio where she worked, taking a few grams of gold a day.
In six years, a 50-year-old woman had seven million dollars worth of gold, the New York Post tabloids, and the Daily News wrote on Thursday.
In a suitcase and about twenty buckets, she carried the booty which she had to return to her employers. She could face up to 25 years imprisonment if sentenced.
